Depending on how you interact with our websites, we may process the following categories of information:

- Website usage information: pages visited, interactions, clicks, scrolling activity, and browsing sessions where analytics is enabled.

- Communication information: your email address, message content, and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting H&S Investments OÜ directly.
Our websites do not require you to create an account.
Information submitted through an external Calendly booking page managed by Raido Kivikangur is not collected through our websites.

These analytics services are activated only after the visitor consents to analytics.
We rely on consent for non-essential analytics cookies and the associated analytics processing.
Communication
If you contact us directly, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting communication.
Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis may be our legitimate interests in responding to communications or taking steps requested before entering into a contract.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, on the Estonian and Canadian Clarity Compass websites to understand website traffic and visitor interactions.
Google Analytics may process information such as page views, interaction events, device and browser characteristics, approximate geographic location, and online identifiers.
On both Clarity Compass websites, Google Analytics is activated only after you consent to analytics.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer.
Google Analytics is not currently used on the main coachraido.com website.

5. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity on the Estonian and Canadian Clarity Compass websites to understand how visitors interact with our pages and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Microsoft Clarity may process clicks, scrolling activity, page interactions, device information, and browsing-session information. Its features include session recordings and heatmaps.
Session recordings may show how an individual browsing session progresses, although we do not use Microsoft Clarity for the purpose of identifying visitors by name.
On both Clarity Compass websites, Microsoft Clarity is activated only after you consent to analytics.
Microsoft Clarity is not currently used on the main coachraido.com website.

6. Cookies and Analytics Preferences
Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, and analytics.
Both the Estonian and Canadian Clarity Compass websites ask for your consent before activating Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
You can choose to accept analytics or continue without analytics. Your choice does not prevent you from accessing the Clarity Compass website.
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser so that the website can remember your choice.
You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy settings link in the footer of either Clarity Compass page.
If you withdraw your consent, the Clarity Compass website stops activating these analytics services on subsequent page loads and attempts to remove the associated analytics cookies accessible to the website.
The main coachraido.com website does not currently use Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting locally stored preferences may cause the consent notice to appear again.
7. Meeting Bookings and Communication
Our websites contain links to an external Calendly booking page managed by Raido Kivikangur in connection with Aetós Invest OÜ (registration number 14644132).
When you follow a booking link, you leave our website. H&S Investments OÜ does not operate the booking page or receive personal information submitted through its booking form.

If you contact H&S Investments OÜ directly by email, we may process your email address and message content to respond to your enquiry.
8. Sharing and International Transfers
We use external service providers where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and analyze our websites.
These may include Google, Microsoft, website hosting and infrastructure providers, and providers supporting our direct communications.
Google and Microsoft provide analytics services for the Clarity Compass websites, not for the main coachraido.com website.
Links to the separately managed Calendly booking page are provided for visitors who wish to arrange a meeting. H&S Investments OÜ does not operate that booking service.
Depending on the provider and service configuration, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where required by applicable data protection law, international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with any necessary supplementary measures.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Analytics data collected on the Clarity Compass websites is subject to the following settings and service retention policies:
- Google Analytics 4: The configured retention periods are 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. The user-data retention period may reset following new user activity. These settings do not determine the retention of all aggregated reporting data.
- Microsoft Clarity: Standard session recordings are generally retained for 30 days. Certain saved or selected recordings and aggregated analytics data may be retained for up to 9 months under Microsoft's service retention policies.
Technical and security-related information may be retained by our hosting and infrastructure providers according to applicable operational, security, and legal requirements.
If you contact H&S Investments OÜ directly by email, we retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, or comply with legal obligations.
Booking information submitted through Raido Kivikangur's external Calendly booking page is not collected or retained by H&S Investments OÜ.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Request deletion of your personal data.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Request data portability where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
